Judy came to CEI-PEA in 2002 to run office administration. Prior to joining CEI-PEA, she served as Director of Events at Manhattan Institute where she oversaw logistics and details for public outreach events. From 1979 to 1987, Judy was a telecommunications specialist in the United States Navy.
