BIOGRAPHY: Linda Guarneri

Linda Guarneri leads a PSO Network for CEI-PEA. Linda began working as a teacher for the deaf at St. Frances de Sales School for the Deaf in 1982 and continued working with children with disabilities as a Resource Room Teacher and an Educational Evaluator through 1998. She served as an Educational Administrator in Special Education from September of 1991 to January of 1999 while working as an Assistant Principal for the J47 School for the Deaf (October 1991-April 1992) and Shallow/IS 227 (May, 1992 – August, 1996). She took over leadership of IS 30 in Brooklyn when it opened in 1997 and led such key successes as restructuring IS 227 into three mini-schools and developing a CSE monitoring guide for NYC Central Board of Education.
