Vivian M. Chabrier joined CEI-PEA in January of 2009, and serves as Director of Development. Prior to working for CEI-PEA, she was the Associate Director of Admissions for a scholarship-based organization that serves at-risk youth. Vivian’s not-for-profit experience includes youth development, programming, and local as well as international service projects. She currently serves as a consultant for various independent educational programs, and is involved with New York City-based mentorship initiatives.
